Team Registration

• Once you register and pay as a team for one of our sports, your spot is held and cannot be taken by another team.
• If a team wishes to cancel before the registration deadline, a refund may not always be possible if we have turned away another team for your spot.
• Roma Sports operates leagues with an even number of teams to maintain integrity. Your cancellation may prevent another team from playing.
• We will attempt to find a replacement team, but this is not guaranteed. If a replacement is found, a full refund minus a 35% administrative and processing fee will be issued.
• If a team cancels after the registration deadline or if the league is full, no refund will be provided. Roma Sports will seek a replacement team.
• If a team does not show up for the first game and fails to contact Roma Sports, the registration fees will be forfeited.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in the team being removed from the league, and fees paid will be forfeited. A replacement team will be sought.
• The team captain is responsible for full payment. The division of costs among team members is the captain’s responsibility, not Roma Sports.
• No individual refunds will be given to team members if a team has registered as a team by a team captain.

Individual Registration

• Once you register and pay as an individual, your spot is held and cannot be taken by another player or team.
• If a player cancels before the registration deadline, a refund may not always be possible if we have turned away another player for your spot.
• Roma Sports operates leagues with an even number of teams to maintain integrity. Your cancellation may prevent another player or team from playing.
• We will attempt to find a replacement player, but this is not guaranteed. If a replacement is found, a full refund minus a 35% administrative and processing fee will be issued.
• If a player cancels after the registration deadline or if the league is full, no refund will be provided.
• No sharing or trading of registration spots. New players must register and pay as new participants.

General Rules

• Roma Sports is a public membership club. By registering, you are applying to be part of our club.
• By applying, you agree to review and abide by all rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in membership revocation and removal from all leagues.
• Roma Sports may use pictures and/or video of participants and/or spectators for promotional purposes. By registering, you grant permission for this.
• Roma Sports reserves the right to revoke membership for any reason, resulting in removal from our leagues.
• No refunds will be provided due to defaulted, canceled, or rescheduled games, injuries, or inability to play once registration closes or the league begins.
• Teams or individuals suspended or ejected from Roma Sports leagues will not receive refunds.
• Forfeited games due to team no-shows will result in a default win for the opposing team.
• Individual and group registrants are encouraged to register. We will attempt to place you on a team, and refunds will be given if placement is not possible.
• Solicitation and distribution of promotional material at leagues, tournaments, or events are prohibited without authorization.
• Participation is voluntary, and each player is responsible for deciding if they are fit to play each week.
• Roma Sports reserves the right to remove or deny anyone entry to our leagues, tournaments, and events at any time for disrespectful communication or behavior.
• Disrespectful communication towards opposing teams, players, or Roma Sports staff will result in removal from the league without a refund.
• Physical violence will result in immediate removal from the league.
• Any team can be removed due to a single player’s misconduct.
• Roma Sports reserves the right to remove or disallow any player or team from the league at any time. No refunds will be given if players or teams are removed.
